I didn't like the slow response when I requested to replace the light in the bathroom that was flashing. It took over 4 hrs. So I was having my shower in the dark.

The cleanliness of the room is above and beyond.
The cleanliness of the room is above and beyond. The aircon is well-maintained, the bed is comfy enough, and the refrigerator is also clean and does not contain odd smells. What I liked the most is the shower because I enjoy showers with a lot of water, it shows good plumbing maintenance. Don't expect modern stuff like keycards, bidet though since it's an old hotel...
Mats on the bathroom floor to absorb water... The floor tends to get slippery because the mat for wiping feet is not provided. The one placed outside the bathroom door is not meant to be inside as well.

Nice hotel for the money, probably would have more to say if we stayed longer.
The room we had paid for that night was already sold so they upgraded us to the Presidential Suite which was much bigger and very nice.
There were sodas and water in the fridge, I figure they costed extra but nowhere was it clearly stated that they did or not.

The AC and refrigerator makes a loud noise. It wakes me up even during in the middle of the night. The internet even sucks. The sink was clogged. The shower is broken. We had it fixed even before we use it on the 1st day of our stay. What really frustrated me is that we paid more than the regular price posted in the hotel. The price of the executive room is around 1,500 per night. But since we booked it via booking.com, we paid around 1,800 per night.
